The mission of the Human Resources Department is to define and implement coherent and integrated human resources policies in close relationship with the different AGC businesses operating in Europe, and to maintain a close coordination with the Corporate HR guidelines from our Tokyo Headquarters as well as doing our daily activities for our 300 employees spread in several countries
AGC Europe Human Resources team offers services in matters of:
- International Assignment
Develop, maintain and manage international mobility policies and interact directly with assignees during the different steps of their assignment - Talent Management
Coordinate the performance appraisal system, qualification management, career succession planning and management training by using our SAP-HR tool so that it allows AGC to manage and encourage individual development and performance, as well as employee satisfaction - Job Evaluation and Classification
Coordinate through the use of an internationally known method the job evaluation process by guarantying coherence and equity across businesses and functions - HR Business processes
Support our SAP-HR platform used across Europe to manage personnel and payroll administration as well as personnel development, recruitment, training, qualifications, performance appraisal, individual development. The HR Business process team coordinates the implementation and the utilization of the SAP-HR modules in all countries and sites where AGC is operating
